Piqued was interviewed in the recent edition of NEUROBLAST, a HyperCard zine.

NEUROBLAST HyperCard DiskZine is a cyberpunk-centric entertainment tech-stack zine of music, art, and game materials, built and compiled in ancient Apple HyperCard software on a vintage iMac G3 (grape) in February-March 2023. Editor: James Sime.

Apple HyperCard is a collection of pages or "cards" containing graphics, audio, video, plain text and links, similar to a website, except Hypercard predated the booming late '90s "World Wide Web" by almost 10 years.

Other features of NEUROBLAST are an interview with August Alston, singer of sleazy 90s industrial revival band LEATHER NOT PLEATHER. THE 200th FLOOR, an exclusive pixel-dithered mini Tech-Noir comic by author James Sime and artist Aaron Farmer. Interview with tabletop and UX designer Raph D'Amico about THE ZONE, and much more.

The included Project_Cytor is a cyborg role-playing adventure complete with dungeon master notes, non-player character sheets, annotated maps and some really cool pixel art.

Piqued is used to interviewing artists, but this is the first time we have been interviewed by another publication. Check it out in the link below and watch out for the release coming soon on 3.5" floppy disks!
